Corporate trained Mia in systems. Purpose taught her who to build them for.
For twenty years, Mia led business and healthcare operations — the rooms where large organizations design the processes they run on. Industrial engineering. Six Sigma. Project management. The full architecture of how work gets done well.
Then she watched brilliant founders carry entire companies on their backs — and brought that same operational discipline to the CEOs who need it most. A Naples, Florida native now based in Atlanta, she leads with strategy, measures everything, and builds systems that hold.
